TERMS OF DELIVERY


Normal delivery time is about 1-3 working days in Sweden and about 1 week in Europe


We ship orders with Postnord. We do not take financial responsibility for any delays due to the shipping company.


If you detect damage to the package, you must immediately report this to the post office or other carrier and make a claim. Do not download a damaged package! If you do not detect the damage before you open the package and the damage is such that it can be attributed to the mail or shipping company's handling, you should contact them and make a claim. If any dispute with the mail or carrier can not be resolved, please contact us. If you have ordered and do not pick up your shipment before returning to us (package about 1 month, letter 14 days), we will charge you 350 SEK for our handling of the goods.

We comply with the distance contract agreement according to the Consumer Agency's recommendations. You have the right under the distance contract law to return ordered defective goods without giving any reason. Notification of this shall be given as soon as possible, but no later than fourteen (14) days after receipt of the goods (not applicable for specially ordered goods). There is always a guarantee on all our watches (1 year). If you can prove that there is a manufacturing defect on the product, you always get the product repaired or exchanged. However, the warranty is not valid for te.x wear damage, water damage or other damage caused by improper handling. Tex, broken glass, cracks arising after hard shock or battery failure. If it is the bracelet of the watch that for some reason has broken, we will replace you with a new one. You pay the return freight.

In order to deliver your orders and complete our agreement, we need to share specific information with the shipping company. What is shared with the shipping company is the first name, last name and address of delivery. E-mail address and / or mobile number may also be shared with the shipping company for notification.
